I have been training regularly with BHPP Academy since it was established, and did one on one training for years before that with Ben. Training regularly with Ben and the Academy have helped transform my game, giving me the support, dedication and training that was needed in order to help my career progress. I owe my move to AFC Sunderland to BHPP Academy. Training with them has helped me to where I am today
I have been good friends with Ben for 10 years since playing football with him at Shrewsbury Town FC. In our professional time together, Ben was a terrific full back, still to this day the best 1vs1 defender I have played with.

I have grown up and known Ben since I was 10 years old. We both signed our first professional contracts at Watford FC together. I was released at the same age as boys going into BHPP Academy, I support Ben in his training ethos in developing players, hopefully for the professional. I fully endorse the type of training BHPP Academy offer and look forward to seeing the fruits of that in years to come.

Ben brings a unique style of training to football which has helped me develop. The technical side of the training is my favourite part as it is very game style specific. It has improved my touch which is a big part of today’s game. The style of training also is very good for your fitness. Again the sessions are all game specific. This is the fittest I’ve been in my career and I put it down to this training style.
I’ve been training with BHPP Academy for over 3 years now, and I can honestly say I’ve seen the biggest development in my footballing career throughout this period. I have found every aspect of the BHPP Academy to be extremely professional and very informative.
Both Ben and Vicky have taken time to assist me with all questions whether it be of a footballing nature or educational.
